Account & Data Deletion

LRT — for the LRT app (www.lrtelecom.app)

LRT is an internal workplace app for employees of LR Telecom Inc (a Metro by T-Mobile authorized retailer). Accounts are created by the company for its employees. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

In the app

  1. Open your Profile
  2. Tap “Delete my account”
  3. Confirm

Your sign-in is turned off right away.

Send it from the email address on your account, or include your app username.

You can also ask your store manager or the owner directly.

Email a deletion request

Deleting is a request, not an instant wipe. The company confirms it is you, then deletes your personal data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your sign-in and profile details (contact info, address, emergency contact, birthday, profile photo)
  • Your Teamspace messages
  • Clock-in/clock-out verification photos (these are deleted automatically after 30 days anyway)
  • Location records associated with your account, other than those kept with your time records
  • App communications and notifications

What we keep, and why

  • Payroll, tax, timeclock, and compensation records — kept as required by employment and tax law
  • Aggregated sales figures attributed to a store (no longer tied to your personal profile)
  • Your name and username on those records, so they stay accurate
