1. Authorized Use Only
The LRT internal application (www.lrtelecom.app) is a proprietary business tool intended exclusively for authorized LRT employees and management. Access is granted by LRT and may be revoked at any time. Unauthorized access to, use of, or distribution of this system or its content is strictly prohibited and may violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030) and applicable state laws.
2. Intellectual Property and Data
All software, design, content, and functionality of this application are the exclusive property of LRT. © 2026 LRT. All rights reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of this application or any portion thereof without prior written consent from LRT.
All data entered into or generated by this application, including personal information, is the exclusive property of LRT. LRT may use, license, sell, or otherwise share that data with third parties as it sees fit, as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the application, you acknowledge that you have no ownership interest in data you enter or that the application generates.
3. Acceptable Use
Authorized users agree to:
- Use the system only for legitimate LRT business purposes
- Keep login credentials confidential and not share account access
- Enter accurate and truthful sales and attendance data
- Not attempt to circumvent security controls or access data beyond your authorization level
- Report any suspected security issues or unauthorized access to management immediately
- Treat co-workers with respect in Teamspace, chat, posts and every other place you can write or share something in the application
No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post or send anything harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, discriminatory or otherwise offensive, or anything that shares another person's private information. Messages are checked for offensive language. Anyone can Report a message (hold it, or open its ⋯ menu) so the company's administrators review it, and can Block a person so that person's messages are hidden from them. Administrators review every report promptly, remove content that breaks these terms and, where needed, remove the person who posted it from the application. To report something from outside the app, email team@lrtelecom.app.
4. Commission Estimates Disclaimer
Commission and earnings estimates displayed in this application are approximations only and are provided for informational purposes. They are not a guarantee of final compensation. Actual commission is calculated and verified by payroll and may differ from estimates shown. This application is not a pay stub or official compensation statement.
5. Timeclock and Location Data
By using the clock-in feature, you consent to location verification (GPS geofencing) solely to confirm that clock-in is occurring at an authorized store location. Location data is used only for this verification and is not tracked or monitored beyond the moment of clock-in. Timeclock records are official records of attendance and are subject to review by management.
6. SMS Text Message Terms (LRT Employee Alerts)
By providing your mobile phone number in your employee profile, you consent to receive SMS text messages from LRT related to employee scheduling and workplace operational notifications (for example, when a schedule is published or a shift changes). This program sends no marketing or promotional messages.
- Message frequency varies with scheduling activity.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
- Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email team@lrtelecom.app.
- Opting out of texts does not affect your employment; schedule information remains available in the app and from your manager.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- You are responsible for notifying us if you change or deactivate your mobile number.
Mobile information collected for this program is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Data Accuracy
Users are responsible for the accuracy of data they submit, including sales entries, schedule requests, and notes. Falsification of sales records or timeclock data may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination and may be subject to legal action.
8. No Warranty
This application is provided "as is." LRT makes no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy of calculations, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond its intended internal business use.
9. Termination of Access
LRT reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's access at any time without notice for violation of these terms or for any other business reason.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
